Little news in the hockey world for the organization of the Great Whites. After a great final last year in the American League, we decided to make some changes to our farm.
The management of the Great Whites therefore discussed with several countries which were very interested in a partnership and after a few months of reflection, it was agreed that the city of Krakow in Poland was the ideal place to start something new.
Several details will follow in the coming weeks. However, we can already announce that former NHL players Krzysztof Oliwa as well as Mariusz Czerkawski will be present in the team entourage in roles that have not yet been determined. Also, the home matches will be played at Tauron Arena Krakow. This amphitheater can accommodate a maximum of 22,000 people.
Regarding the head coach, veteran Mike Kitchen has still not decided if he will make the transfer to Poland.
